| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: The TGFBeta superfamily is composed of numerous growth and differentiation factors, including transforming growth factors Beta(TGFBeta) 1,2 and 3; placental transforming growth factor (PTGFBeta);growth /differentiation factors (GDFs); mullerian inhibiting substance (MIS);bone morphogenic proteins (BMPs);glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF);inhibins or activins (Alpha,Beta-A, Beta-B and Beta-C),Lefty and Nodal. Members of the TGF superfamily are involved in embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. Function: Involved in embryogenesis and cell differentiation. Subunit: Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Interacts with ASPN. Subcellular Location: Secreted. DISEASE: Defects in TGFB3 are a cause of familial arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia type 1 (ARVD1) [MIM:107970]; also known as arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy 1 (ARVC1). ARVD is an autosomal dominant disease characterized by partial degeneration of the myocardium of the right ventricle, electrical instability, and sudden death. It is clinically defined by electrocardiographic and angiographic criteria; pathologic findings, replacement of ventricular myocardium with fatty and fibrous elements, preferentially involve the right ventricular free wall.
